Compromesso
At this point any clauses you wish to add, such as subject to structural survey, mortgage application, etc are added.
The compromesso states;
Who you are, where you are from and your status.
Who the seller is, where they are from and their status.
The description of the property, it's location.
How much you are willing to pay for the property.
When the sale is to be completed by.
Any conditions of the sale.
And the date the seller has to agree to this agreement.
It must be reinforced that if you sign this document you are legally bound to buy the property or lose your deposit.
