Fees

We charge on a scale of property value which we feel is fair reflecting the workload that each property entails.

• For Property under €100000 = minimum fee of €3000
  
• For properties between €100000 - €400000 = 3%
  
• For properties between €400000 - €700000 = 2.5%
  
• For properties between €700000 - €1000000 = 2%
  
• For properties more than €1000000 = 1.5%

Our fees for the property sale are due 60% at Compromesso (Preliminary Contract) and 40% at Atto (Completion), meaning we do not abandon you after the sale is agreed.

Viewing trips are €150 (£100) per day – these are fully refunded when the sale is completed.

These are due before the viewing trips commence.

For Additional services, it may depend on the nature of the work, office based research and administration is charged at €25/hour.
If we need to travel to work on your behalf we charge €30/hour.
