We work in conjunction with specialist villa companies that only deal in Sicily. We feel local knowledge is vital to maximising the value of holidays and local contacts are preferable to remote offices.

We will only endorse properties that we feel meet the needs of our clients. There are some absolutes such as cleanliness, safety which can never be compromised, but other factors such as location, facilties, etc will very much depend on the individual.
If you are looking for total tranquility, then it is to be expected the property will probably be distant from restaurants, shops, etc and a beachside property will probably be noisy in the peak summer months.
