We can help in the presentation of your property for sale, it's description and any other help such as obtaining all the necessary paperwork for sale and assist with relevant documents for sale and meeting with the Notaio.
We will show potential clients around the property and deal with their enquiries.

We charge 2% of the selling price. Or if you bought the house through us and obviously we will have all the details of plans, deeds, etc – then we will only charge 1%.
